As a corporate guest house in Chennai, Phoenix Prime works differently from a hotel: each guest takes a whole furnished serviced apartment in Anna Nagar or T. Nagar, with a fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, a laundry service and 24-hour check-in and check-out.
Monthly tariffs are published on every apartment page, so a project stay, a deputation or a relocation can be budgeted before you book. Ask about the monthly rate first - it is usually the better deal.
